中文摘要:
      目的:探讨参减肥粉的减肥作用。方法:观察了参减肥粉对营养性肥胖小鼠的影响。结果:表明参减肥粉可降低肥胖小鼠的Lee’s指数、脂肪垫重量和脂肪系数;降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂和血糖含量;摄入热量和摄食量以及耐缺氧、耐疲劳能力均无明显降低;粪便性状无变化。结论:提示参减肥粉的减肥作用与芬氟拉明相似,但其减肥不致厌食和腹泻,不影响耐缺氧、耐疲劳能力。其减肥机理与其调脂、降糖作用有关。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Codonopsis Eupolyphaga anti -obesity powder(CEAOP) in mice with nutritive obesity. Mathods: CEAOP 0. 5~2. 5g/kg was given to mice for 4 weeks and its effect was observed. Results:CEAOP could significanily reduce the Lee’s index, weight of fat cushion and fat index, lower the blood levels of total cholesterol , triglyceride and bind glucose , but influence neither the calories and quantity of food intake, nor the endurance against anoxia and fatigue, the property of stool was not changed at all. COnclusions: The anti-obesity effect of CEAOP was similar to Fenfluramini but without influence on appetite and bowel movement, tolerance against anoxia and fatigue . The mechanism of the anti - obesity might be related with its metabolism regulating actions on lipids and glucose.Kegwords: Codonopsis Eupolyphaga Anti-Obesity powder, nutritive obesity, anti-obesity effect, lipid regulation, hypoglycemic action
