目的 :探讨中西医结合非手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠患者的临床疗效及作用机理。方法 :将 78例患者随机分为两组。治疗组 50例用氨甲喋呤加宫外孕 2号方治疗 ;对照组2 8例单纯用氨甲喋呤治疗。结果 :治疗组治愈率 (98 0 % )、患侧输卵管通畅率 (88 0 % )、宫内妊娠率 (80 0 % )均高于对照组 (分别为 75 0 %、46 4 %、42 9% ) ;而治疗组的再次输卵管妊娠率 (4 0 % )低于对照组 (1 4 2 % ,P <0 0 1 ) ;治疗组血β绒毛膜促性腺激素 (β HCG)降至正常的时间为 2 5 0± 7 8天 ,输卵管妊娠包块完全吸收时间为 1 2± 0 7个月 ,均短于对照组 (分别为31 9± 6 7天、5 6± 3 7个月 ,P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1 )。治疗 4～ 8周后 ,血液流变学有关指标的改善 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :中西医结合非手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠可有效地提高治愈率、输卵管通畅率和宫内妊娠率 ,降低再次输卵管妊娠率

objective To explore the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of tubal pregnancy (TP) treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM WM). Methods: Seventy eight patients suffering from TP were divided into two groups at random, 50 cases of treated group treated with the method of integrated Methotrexate (MTX) and Ectopic Pregnancy 2 (EP2) decoction, and the other 28 cases treated with MTX alone for control. Results: The nonsurgical method cure rate of the treated group (98.0%) was higher than that of the control group (75.0%,P<0 01). The intrauterine pregnancy rate of the treated group was 80.0%, that of the control group was 42.9% (P<0 01). The recurrent TP rate of the treated group (4.0%) was lower than that of the control group (14.2%, P<0 01). The serum β HCG normalizing time of the treated group (25.0±7.8 days) was shorter than that of the control group (31.9±6.7 days, P<0 05). The total disappearance time of TP mass was 1.2±0.7 months in the treated group, and in the control group was 5.6±3.7 months (P<0 01). After treated by EP2 decoction for 4～8 weeks, the deformability of erythrocyte was increased, the agregation of erythrocyte, the whole blood viscosity and the blood plasma viscosity were reduced. Conclusions: The integrated method can effectively increase nonsurgical cure rate, tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate, decrease recurrent TP rate in treating TP.;
