益气活血、化瘀通腑法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床观察

目的 :探讨益气活血、化瘀通腑法治疗子宫内膜异位症 (简称内异症 )的作用机理。方法 :45例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为中药内异 1+ 号治疗组 (简称中药组 ,30例 )和三苯氧胺治疗组 (简称西药组 ,15例 ) ,观察临床症状的改善情况 ,外周血NK细胞活性 ,T细胞亚群 ,白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 ) ,抗子宫内膜抗体 (EmAb)等变化情况。结果 :内异症患者体内存在广泛的免疫紊乱 ,经过本法治疗后 ,患者外周血NK细胞活性升高 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 降低 (P <0 0 1) ,CD8升高 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 /CD8比值下降 (P <0 0 1) ,IL 2降低 (P <0 0 1) ,5 2 38%的患者EmAb转阴 ,临床总有效率为 90 0 0 % ,与西药组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :益气活血、化瘀通腑法能从多方面纠正内异症患者体内的免疫失衡状态 ,能有效地改善临床症状和体征 ,具有安全有效、无副作用的特点 ,可以长期服用。

To explore the therapeutic mechanism of endometriosis by the treatment of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongfu Principle (YQHXHYTFP, tonifying Qi and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and purgation therapy) with Neiyi 1 + pill. Methods: Forty five cases with endometriosis were divided randomly into TCM group (30 cases, treated with Neiyi 1 + pill) and the control group (15 cases, treated with tamoxifen). The activity of natural killer cell of peripheral blood, T lymphocyte subsets, secreting interleukin Ⅱ and the EmAb were determined. Results: Endometriosis is associated with immunologic disturbance. After treatment, the activity of NK cells and the count of T suppressor cells were significantly increased (P<0 01), the count of T helper cells, the secretion of interleukin Ⅱ and TH/TS ratio were significantly reduced (P<0 01). Over 50% of the cases whose EmAb was positive eventually turned to negative. The effective rate of this therapy was 90%. There was no significant difference between TCM group and the control group. Conclusion: YQHXHYTF therapy could modulate the immunologic disturbance in women with endometriosis, improve the clinical symptoms and signs obviously. It is a safe and effective therapy.
