目的:观察慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者尿白细胞介素6(IL6)变化的临床意义及大黄对尿IL6的影响。方法:治疗组口服制大黄和卡托普利,对照组单服卡托普利,治疗6个月,观察治疗前后尿IL6和血肌酐(SCr)等指标的变化。结果:CRF患者尿IL6的含量显著高于健康人(P<001);用大黄治疗后尿IL6和SCr显著下降(P<005),与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<005)。结论:检测尿IL6水平有助于了解CRF患者肾脏本身免疫炎症反应的程度;大黄通过抑制IL6等细胞因子的分泌减轻免疫炎症反应而保护肾功能。

英文摘要:

To assess the clinical significance of urinary interleukin 6 (IL 6) level in chronic renal failure (CRF) patient and the effect of Rheum palmatum (RP) in treating it. Methods: RP and captopril were given to the study group, while captopril was given to the control group alone, and level of urinary IL 6 was determined by sandwich ELISA. Results: Urinary IL 6 level in CRF patients was obviously higher than that in healthy control (P<0 01). After treatment, the urinary IL 6 and serum creatinine reduced significantly in the study group (P<0 05), and there was significant difference compared with that in the control group (P<0 05). Conclusions: Determination of urinary IL 6 level is useful in studying the severity of immune inflammation of CRF. RP improves renal function by inhibiting the production of IL 6 and lowering immune inflammation.
