目的：提高针刺麻醉在幕上开颅手术中的成功率。方法：在先前研究的基础上，选择合适的病例，重点对针刺穴位进行了重新选择及配伍，由原来的过节段取穴及手术周围局部取穴，改进为循经远近配穴，加上耳穴，同时结合辅助用药，心理治疗等措施。结果：采用新的针麻方法对７２例前颅窝及颞顶枕区幕上病变的患者作了开颅手术，成功率达１００％。其中Ⅰ级甲达８９％。结论：针刺麻醉具有独特的优点，可以作为幕上开颅手术的有效麻醉方法之一，值得大力推广、应用。

英文摘要:

To improve the successful rate of acupuncture anesthesia for supratentorial craniocerebral operations. Methods: On the basis of previous study of acupuncture anesthesia for craniocerebral operations, 72 cases of front fossa and temporo-parieto-occipital region lesions were operated on by acupuncture anesthesia with new modified acupoints and adjuvants from 1993 to 1998. Results: One hundred percent of successful rate was achieved in all 72 cases by the new methods. Conclusion: Acupuncture anesthesia has distinct advantage and should be widely used as one of the effective anesthesia for supratentorial craniocerebral operations.
