目的 :探讨益肾祛毒胶囊对实验性慢性肾功能衰竭 (简称慢性肾衰 )大鼠的治疗作用机理。方法 :用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白造成大鼠膜性肾病诱发慢性肾衰后 ,再用益肾祛毒胶囊大、小剂量灌胃治疗5周 ,以包醛氧化淀粉作阳性对照药。结果 :益肾祛毒胶囊能显著降低大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血清循环免疫复合物 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5) ,且肾系数变小 (P <0 0 1) ,肾小球内有核细胞数减少 (P <0 0 1) ,肾小管内蛋白管型显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,免疫荧光强度显著减弱 (P <0 0 1) ,光镜、电镜示肾脏病理明显改善。结论 :益肾祛毒胶囊能明显改善肾功能 ,抑制慢性肾衰的发展 |

Objective: To study the mechanism of action of Yishen Qudu capsule (YSQDC) in experimental rat model of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Membranous nephropathy model was induced by cationized bovine serum albumin intravenous administration in rats for 7 weeks and developed to CRF. The model was then treated with YSQDC of large or small dose by gastrogavage for 5 weeks. Oxidated starch was used in the control group. Results: YSQDC could reduce proteinuria, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride and serum circulating immune complex (P<0 01 or P<0 05), it also reduced the kidney coefficient, glomerular cells and tubular protein cast significantly (all P<0 01). The strength of immune fluorescence weakened remarkably (P<0 01). The pathological lesions improved significantly after treatment under light and electron microscopic examination. Conclusion: YSQDC could improve renal function significantly and inhibit the progression of CRF. |
