松龄血脉康胶囊联合卡托普利对原发性高血压病患者生活质量的影响

目的 :比较单用卡托普利和联用松龄血脉康胶囊对原发性高血压病患者血压和生活质量的影响。方法 :166例原发性高血压病患者随机分为联合组 (联合用药 )和卡托普利 (单用卡托普利 )两组。治疗 1个月后血压达标者继续治疗 5个月 ,进行生活质量量表评分 ,并与 60名血压正常者作对照比较。结果 :治疗 1个月后 ,联合组、卡托普利组血压达标率分别为 81 2 %、60 2 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。治疗前 ,两组高血压病患者除认知功能和社会参与两方面外 ,其余各方面与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著性(P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。联合组治疗后健康愉快感、躯体症状、工作表现、情感状态、生活满意度均较治疗前明显改善 ;卡托普利组治疗后健康愉快感、工作表现、情感状态、生活满意度较治疗前改善 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。治疗后联合组在健康愉快感、躯体症状、工作表现、生活满意度方面与卡托普利组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :用松龄血脉康胶囊联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压病 ,在有效降压的同时 ,可改善诸多临床症状、抑郁状态及工作表现 ,并能提高健康愉快感和生活满意度 ,在改善生活质量的多个方面优于单用卡托普利。

Objective: To compare the hypotensive effects of captopril and combined medication of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule (SXC) with captopril on quality of life (QOL) in treating primary hypertension patients. Methods: For 166 hypertension patients, a perspective randomized double blind study was performed with both sexes, aged 42～78 years, blood pressure (BP) ranged ≥140/90 mmHg and ≤200/110 mmHg. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: captopril group and combined medication group. Each patient should answer the QOL questionnaire independently before and after experiment. 60 age matched normotensive subjects without chronic diseases served as control. Results: Both hypertension groups showed an improvement of BP and QOL after treatment, but the combined medication group had a higher score in sense of well being, physical symptom signs, work performance and life satisfaction than the captopril group had. Conclusion: Combined medication of captopril and SXC had better effect than captopril alone either in lowering BP or in improving QOL of primary hypertension patients.
