| 目的 :研究连黛胶囊对胃肠肿瘤 p2 1ras和突变型 p5 3蛋白表达的调节作用。 方法 :选择临床中晚期胃肠肿瘤患者 4 5例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 30例 ,在对症支持疗法的基础上口服连黛胶囊 ,对照组 15例仅用对症支持疗法 ,观察治疗前后血清 p2 1ras和突变型 p5 3蛋白含量变化 ,同时观察生存质量的变化。结果 :治疗组治疗后血清p2 1ras和突变型 p5 3蛋白含量显著降低 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,生存质量评分明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。对照组各指标治疗前后差异无显著性意义。结论 :连黛胶囊具有调节胃肠肿瘤p2 1ras和突变型p5 3蛋白表达的作用。 |

| To study the regulatory effect of Liandai Capsule on p21 ras and mutant p53 protein expression in gastrointestinal (GI) neoplasm. Methods: Forty five patients of GI neoplasm in middle or advanced stage were enrolled and divided randomly into the treated group and the control group to observe the changes of their serum p21 ras and mutant p53 protein expression as well as their quality of life (QOL) before and after treatment. Results: The content of p21 ras and mutant p53 protein expression in the treated group decreased significantly and QOL improved after treatment, P<0 05 or P<0 01, while these changes in the control group were not shown. Conclusion: Liandai Capsule has regulatory effect on p21 ras and mutant p53 protein expression in GI neoplasm. |
