目的 :探讨丹参注射液治疗原发性肾病综合征的机理。方法 :将 4 4例原发性肾病综合征患儿随机分为常规激素治疗组 (2 0例 )及常规治疗加丹参注射液干预组 (2 4例 ) ,观察治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)及可溶性白介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)浓度。结果 :治疗前的原发性肾病综合征患儿血浆ET、sIL 2R水平均高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后两者水平均显著改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗后两治疗组比较 ,差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :原发性肾病综合征在常规治疗基础上加用丹参注射液能更有效地改善患儿血浆ET、sIL 2R水平 ,从而减轻肾组织的损害

英文摘要:

To explore the effect and mechanism of Salvia Injection (SI) in treating primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) in children. Methods: Forty four PNS children were randomly divided into c onventional steroid treated group (20 cases) and conventional plus SI interventi on treated group (24 cases), the levels of serum endothelin (ET), soluable interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) were observed. Results: Before treatment, plasma ET and sIL 2R in PNS ch ildren were higher than those in healthy children significantly (P<0 01). After treatment, the ET and sIL 2R levels were all obviously improv e d in both treated groups (P<0 05) and the improvement in the c onventional plus SI intervention treated group was more obvious, the difference between the two treated groups after treatment was significant (P<0 05). Conclusion: Conventional treatment supplemented with SI could more effectively improve the levels of plasma ET and SIL 2R in treating PNS chi ldren, and hence alleviate the damage of renal tissue.
