| 目的 :探讨中老年人脾肾虚证实质。方法 :调查 5 0～ 6 9岁中老年人 773例 ,检测血脂、血中氧化—抗氧化有关物质、性激素、肝肾功能、免疫功能、血常规、血压、肺活量等 34项指标。结果 :脾虚证 (10 1例 )与脂质代谢紊乱关系密切 ;肾气虚证 (334例 )与免疫功能低下关系密切 ;肾阴虚证 (15 6例 )与脂质代谢紊乱和高血压关系密切 ;肾阳虚证 (88例 )与抗氧化能力减弱、免疫功能低下、性激素内环境紊乱、抗衰老物质显著降低等关系密切 ,表现为多种功能衰退。结论 :中老年人的脾虚、肾气虚、肾阳虚是一个逐渐发展恶化的病理过程 ,是有层次性的 ,但肾阴虚不能列入这一层次 |

| To explore the essence of Spleen Kidney Defi ciency in middle aged patients. Methods: Investigation was carried out in 773 cases of 50-69 years old to assay 34 parameters in them, including blood lipid, oxidation and a nti oxidation related substance, sex hormone, liver and renal function, immune function, blood routine, blood pressure and lung vital capacity, etc. Results: Spleen Deficiency Syndrome is closely related with li pid metabolism disorder; Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome is closely related with hypoimmune function; Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome is closely related with lip id metabolism disorder and hypertension, and Kidney Yang Deficiency is closely r elated with weakness of anti oxidation capacity, hypoimmunity, the internal env ironment disorder of sex hormone and aging, manifested as multiple functions aba ting. Conclusion: Spleen Deficiency, Kidney Qi Deficiency and Kidne y Yang Deficiency are different layers of a gradually developed and aggravated p athological process, but Kidney Yin Deficiency could not be listed into this la yer. |
