目的 :观察灸法和中药复方固本抑瘤Ⅲ号联合应用对化疗的辅助作用。方法 :将 81例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为 3组 ,分别用化疗加焦三仙 (A组 16例 )、化疗加中药固本抑瘤Ⅲ号 (B组 35例 )和化疗加中药固本抑瘤Ⅲ号加灸法 (C组 30例 )治疗 ,并观察各组患者的近期疗效及血象、细胞免疫、凝血等指标的变化。结果 :A组和B组化疗后淋巴细胞数下降 ,与治疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,C组化疗后淋巴细胞数下降不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。B组治疗后T3 升高 ,与治疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。A组平均T淋巴细胞亚群指标下降 ,B、C两组平均T淋巴细胞亚群指标上升。C组血浆纤维蛋白原浓度表现出趋向于正常范围的双向变化。结论 :灸法治疗能防止化疗引起的淋巴细胞数下降 ,固本抑瘤Ⅲ号及联合应用灸法能防止化疗引起的T淋巴细胞亚群指标下降 ,灸法可能双向调节化疗患者部分凝血机制异常

英文摘要:

To observe the supplementary effect of moxibu st ion and Guben Yiliu Ⅲ (GBYL), a Chinese herbal compound preparation, in combina tion with chemotherapy. Methods: Eighty one patients of mid late stage malignant tum or were randomly divided into 3 groups: 16 in Group A treated with chemotherapy and placebo; 35 in Group B treated with chemotherapy and GBYL and 30 in Group C treated with chemotherapy and GBYL plus moxibustion. The short term effect of treatment, ch anges of blood picture, cell mediated immune function and blood coagulation in p atients were observed. Results: After chemotherapy, the lymphocyte count was signific antly lowered in Group A and B (P<0 01), but not in Gro up C (P>0 05); lymphocyte subset T 3 raised significantly in Gro up B; the ave rage level of T lymphocyte subsets was reduced in Group A while it increased in the other two groups; and a bi directional regulation on plasma fibrinogen con centration was shown in Group C (P<0 05). Conclusion: Moxibustion prevented dropping of lymphocyte count caused by chemotherapy.Combination of GBYL and moxibustion could prevent the lowering of T lymphocyte subsets caused by chemotherapy, and moxibustion co uld regulate bi directionally the patients′ abnormality in part of blood coagu lation mechanism.
