      目的 :应用正电子发射计算机断层显像和脑功能显像剂18氟标记脱氧葡萄糖在相同条件下电针刺激 30名健康人阴经、阳经穴 ,观察其对局部脑葡萄糖代谢影响 ,探索针刺不同经络穴位对不同脑功能区影响和其效应差异。方法 :30名健康人按随机选取阳经穴或阴经穴分为 2组 ,阳经穴组 12名 ,选取合谷与曲池 ,足三里和上巨虚 ;阴经穴组 18名 ,选取内关和尺泽 ,三阴交和阴陵泉 ,均为单侧取穴。结果 :针刺阳经穴位后 ,可见双侧额颞叶交界和颞叶、顶叶、丘脑、眶回、对侧小脑、海马葡萄糖代谢增高变化 (以对侧为主 )。针刺阴经穴位后 ,可见双侧额颞叶交界 ,对侧颞叶、小脑、丘脑葡萄糖代谢减低变化和同侧海马、尾状核葡萄糖代谢增高变化。结论 :在生理状态下 ,针刺不同经络穴位对中枢神经系统起不同的调节作用
英文摘要:
      To study the different effect of needling at di fferent meridian points (MP) on different cerebral functional regions by using p ositron emission tomography and cerebral function tracer 18 F fluo rodeoxy glucose to observe the effect of electro acupuncture (EA) stimulation at Yin MP or Yang MP on local cerebral glucose metabolism in 30 healthy volunteers. Methods: The thirty subjects were randomly divided into 2 grou ps, the 12 subjec ts in the Yang MP group treated by needling at Hegu (LI4), Quchi (LI11), Zusanli (St36) and Shangjuxu (St37), the 18 subjects in the Yin MP group treated by nee dling at Neiguan (Pc6), Chize (Lu5), Sanyinjiao (Sp6) and Yinlingquan (Sp9). All the needling was conducted at one side of body. Results: After needling at Yang MP, the cerebral glucose metab olism was elevated in bilateral cross region of frontal lobe and temporal lobe, parietal lobe, thal amus and basal ganglia, and in contralateral cerebellum and hippocampus. After n eedling at Yin MP, the cerebral glucose metabolism was lowered in bilateral cros s region of frontal and temporal lobe, contralateral temporal lobe, cerebellum a nd thalamus, and was elevated in homolateral hippocampus and caudate nucleus. Conclusion: Under physiological condition, the regulatory effe cts of acupuncture on central nervous system would be different when needling at different MP.
