愈风胶囊治疗中老年中风先兆的临床观察

目的 :观察愈风胶囊治疗中老年中风先兆的临床疗效。方法 :愈风胶囊治疗中老年中风先兆114例 (治疗组 ) ,并设维脑路通对照组 5 7例 ,进行疗程为 4周的临床研究 ,观察患者临床症状改善情况及抗氧化能力、血脂、血糖和血液流变学变化。结果 :治疗组临床治愈 4 2例 (36 84 % ) ,显效 38例 (33 33% ) ,有效 2 8例 (2 4 5 6 % ) ,总有效率 94 74 % ;对照组依次为 9例 (15 79% )、8例 (14 0 4 % )、2 0例 (35 0 9% )及6 4 91% ,两组治愈率、显效率及总有效率比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组临床症状积分显著改善 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )治疗组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形能力指数均有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,且优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。 (3)治疗组丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、血脂、血糖水平均较治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :具有清热解毒之功的愈风胶囊对中老年中风先兆具有明显疗效 ,能够显著改善患者血液流变学指标 ,调节血脂、血糖代谢 ,增强抗氧化能力

To observe the clinical effect of Yufeng Caps ul e (YFC), a Chinese herbal preparation with function of clearing Heat toxin in t reating premonitory symptoms of apoplexy in middle and old aged patients. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients with premonitory sy m ptoms of apoplexy were treated with YFC and compared with 57 patients treated wi th Venoruton for control. The changes of clinical symptoms, anti oxidation capa bility, blood lipid, blood sugar and hemorrheological parameters were observed. Results: (1) The therapeutic effect in the YFC group was cured in 42 cases (36.84%), markedly effective in 38 (33.33%), effective in 28 (24.58 %) and the total effective rate was 94.74%, while in the control group, the corr esponding numbers were 9 (15.79%), 8(14.04%), 20(35.09%) and 64.91% respectively , the difference between the two groups in cure rate, markedly effective rate an d total effective rate was significant (P<0 05); (2)The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hemagglutination index and red blood cell def ormity index in the YFC group were significantly improved after treatment (P<0 01) and the improvement was better than those in the control gr oup (P<0 05 or P<0 01); (3) Levels of serum malonyldialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood lipids and glucose we re markedly improved in the YFC group (P<0 05) after treatment , and showed a significant difference to those in the control group (P<0 05). Conclusion: YFC has obvious effect in treating premonitory sym ptoms of apoplexy patients, it could markedly improve the hemorrheologic paramet ers, regulate blood lipids and blood glucose metabolism, and strengthen the anti oxidation capability of patients.
