      目的:探讨养精种玉汤对原因不明不孕症患者黄体中期子宫内膜胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)及其受体表达的影响及与子宫内膜接受性的关系。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,对22例原因不明不孕症患者服用养精种玉汤前后黄体中期子宫内膜行IGF-Ⅱ及IGF-Ⅱ型受体mRNA检测。结果:治疗前黄体中期子宫内膜IGF-ⅡmRNA表达水平(灰度比值)为0.794±0.453,显著低于治疗后同期水平(1.202±0.551,P<0.01);治疗前IGF-Ⅱ型受体mRNA表达水平(灰度比值)为0.725±0.354,显著低于治疗后的表达水平(1.045±0.581,P<0.05)。相关分析显示治疗前后IGF-ⅡmRNA与IGF-Ⅱ型受体mRNA表达呈正相关。结论:养精种玉汤能促进黄体中期子宫内膜IGF-Ⅱ及其受体的基因表达,促进子宫内膜分化,提高子宫内膜对胚泡种植的接受性。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the effect of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction (YJZYD) on expression of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF- Ⅱ ) and its receptor Ⅱ (IGF- Ⅱ R) in endometrium of women with unexplained infertility, and the relationship of which with the receptibility of endometrium to ovum implantation. Methods: Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay was used to detect quantitatively the expression of IGF- Ⅱ and IGF- Ⅱ R in 22 women with unexplained infertility before and after YJZYD treatment during mid-luteal phase. Results: The levels of IGF-Ⅱ and IGF- n R before treatment were 0. 794 ± 0.453 and 0. 725 ± 0.354 (in grey level, the same below) respectively, which were significantly increased in the same phase after treatment, reaching 1.202 ± 0. 551 and 1.045 ± 0.581 respectively (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed the level of IGF- Ⅱ mRNA was positively correlated with the level of IGF-Ⅱ mRNA either before or after treatment. Conclusion: YJZYD could enhance the expression of IGF- Ⅱ and IGF- Ⅱ R in the endometrium during mid-luteal phase, promote the differentiation of endometrium and increase its reception to ovum implantation.
