目的 :探讨参麦注射液 (简称参麦 )对血管生成的影响。方法 :采用MTT法检测参麦对牛血清促进的牛内皮细胞、人肝癌细胞SMMC 772 1增殖的影响 ;琼脂糖刮除法检测参麦对牛血清促进的牛内皮细胞迁移的影响。利用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜 (CAM )模型 ,观察参麦对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。结果 :参麦能明显抑制牛内皮细胞增殖 ,与SMMC 772 1比较 ,差异有显著性 ;参麦能抑制牛内皮细胞迁移 ;并可抑制鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜的血管生成。结论 :参麦能抑制血管生成 ;抑制内皮细胞增殖和迁移可能是参麦抗血管生成的机理之一 ;同时也说明参麦是一种特异性血管生成抑制剂。 |

Objective: To study the effect of Shenmai injection (SMI) on angiogenesis. Methods: Effect of SMI on proliferation of fetal bovine serum (FBS) induced bovine aortic endothelial cell (BAECs) and human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC 7721 was measured by MTT colorimetric assay; effect on migration of FBS induced BAECs was investigated by agarose scraping method and effect on angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) was studied by using CAM model. Results: SMI could inhibit the proliferation of BAECs, as compared with the inhibition on SMMC 7721, the difference was significant. SMI could inhibit the migration of BAECs and the angiogenesis in CAM. Conclusion: SMI can inhibit angiogenesis, one of the mechanisms might be the inhibition on proliferation and migration of endothelial cells. The fact suggests that SMI is a specific angiogenesis inhibitor. |
