目的:探讨肾络通治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)的疗效。方法:治疗组56例,以肾络通治疗;对照组30例,以雷公藤多甙治疗。疗程为3个月。结果:治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率为25.0％和82.1％,显著高于对照组的20.0％和53.3％(P<0.05),而治疗组复发率仅8.7％,明显低于对照组的56.2％(P<0.01)。结论:说明肾络通是治疗MsPGN的有效方药之一。

英文摘要:

To explore the clinical effect of Shenluotong (SLT) in treating mesangial proliferative glomeru-lonephritis (MsPGN). Methods: The patients with MsPGN allocated in the treated group ( n = 56) and the control group (n =30) were treated with SLT and Tripterygium glycosides respectively. The course was 3 months for both groups. Results: The complete remission rate and total effective rate in the treated group was 25.0% and 82.1% respectively, which was obviously higher than those in the control group, 20.0% and 53. 3 % , respectively ( P <C 0.05), The relapse rate in the treated group was 8.7%, significantly lower than that in the control group (56.2%, P<0.01). Conclusion: SLT is an effective recipe for treatment of MsPGN.
