目的:探讨中西医结合治疗中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)临床疗效及其发展趋势的监测。方法:28例中重度OHSS患者分妊娠、未妊娠两组,每日静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐、丹参注射液、人体白蛋白,肌肉注射黄体酮,并测定红细胞压积(HCT)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(Alb),B超监测卵巢大小。结果:28例OHSS患者经中西医结合治疗后痊愈8例,缓解20例,两组HCT均趋下降;TP、Alb逐步上升;未妊娠组卵巢逐渐缩小,而妊娠组则在入院第3、5天卵巢达到高峰后逐步缩小。结论:中西医结合治疗中、重度OHSS效果好。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine (ICWM) in treating patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) of moderate and severe degree, and to monitor the developmental trend of the disease. Methods: Twenty-eight patients were divided into two groups, the pregnant group and the non-pregnant group, they were treated with low molecular dextran, Salvia injection, human sero-albumin and progesterone injection every day. Their blood indexes, including hematocrit (HCT), serum total protein (TP), serum albumine (Alb) were tested and the size of ovaries monitored by ul-trasonography. Results: After treatment, OHSS was cured in 8 patients and remitted in 20. HCT lowered, TP and Alb increased gradually in both groups. The size of ovaries in the non-pregnant group shrunk gradually, while in the pregnant group, it enlarged after hospitalization and reached the peak at day 3 to 5, then shrunk gradually. Conclusion: ICWM shows good effect in treating OHSS of moderate and severe degree, it also could prevent the occurrence of severe complications.
