补肾调经系列方周期给药治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

目的:探讨补肾调经系列方周期给药治疗功能失调性子宫出血的作用机制。方法:随机将316例患者分为两组,分别用补肾调经系列方（治疗组174例）及西药（对照组142例）治疗。对两组止血及调整月经周期效果进行比较,并观察治疗前后血红蛋白（Hb）、血浆卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）及血浆、子宫内膜、经血6-酮-前列腺素F_1α(6-keto-PGF_1α)、纤维蛋白（原）降解产物（FDP）的变化。结果:治疗组血止时间明显短于对照组（P<0.01）;与治疗前比较,治疗后两组Hb值均上升（P<0.01）;两组血浆E₂水平均明显升高（P<0.01）;治疗组经血6-keto-PGF_1α及FDP均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05,P<0.01）。结论:补肾调经系列方有调节卵巢功能,改善子宫内膜局部纤维溶解和止血功能及补益精血的作用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To explore the mechanism of cyclic medicated Bushen Tiaojing (nourishing Shen and regulating menstruation) serial recipe (BTSR) in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: The 316 patients were randomly divided into the treated group ( n = 174, treated with BTSR) and the control group ( n = 142, treated with western medicine). The therapeutic effects in hemostating and menstrual cycle adjusting of the two groups were compared. Changes of hemoglobin (Hb), plasma follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), progestin (P), and menstrual blood levels of 6-keto-prostaglandin Flαand fibrinogen degradation product (FDP) before and after treatment were observed. Results; The uterine hemostatic time in the treated group was shorter than that in the control group significantly (P<0.01). After treatment, the blood level of Hb increased in both groups, but the increment of the treated group was higher than that of the control ( P <C 0.05 ) . Plasma E2 level also increased in both groups significantly ( P < 0.01) . Menstrual blood levels of 6-keto-PGFlα and FDP were significantly lower than those in the treated group after treatment ( P < 0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion: BTSR has the effects of adjusting ovarian function, improving local endome-trial fibrinolysis and hemotasis, and invigorating essence and blood.
