      目的 通过观察泰脂安与普伐他汀对老年冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响,进一步阐明泰脂安的抗动脉粥样硬化作用,为其应用于冠心病的预防提供理论依据。方法 78例老年冠心病患者,随机分为泰脂安组(39例)及普伐他汀组(39例),运用无创超声检查技术,观察用药前后的颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)的变化,同时,检测血清一氧化氮(NO)及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的浓度变化。结果 治疗后泰脂安组,IMT由(1.21±0.17)mm降至(0.91±0.13)mm,FMD由(5.02±0.58)%上升为(8.97±0.39)%,ET-1由(95.93±19.41)ng/L降至(49.35±53.27)ng/L,NO由(42.56±14.12)μmol/L上升至(69.84±21.96)μmol/L,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);普伐他汀组,IMT由(1.25±0.21)mm降至(0.88±0.32)mm,FMD由(4.90±0.37)%上升为(8.12±0.25)%,ET-1由(89.35±10.02)ng/L降至(47.96±11.05)ng/L,NO由(51.71±9.39)μmol/L上升至(72.93±16.51)μmol/L,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 泰脂安能够明显改善老年冠心病患者血管内皮功能,具有与普伐他汀相似的抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。

      To explore the anti-atherosclerosis effect of Taizhi’an Capsule (TZA) for providing a theoretical base of its application in preventing coronary heart disease (CHD) , by way of observing the effects of TZA and pravastatin (PVT) on vascular endothelial function in senile patients with CHD. Methods seventy-eight Senile patients with CHD were randomly divided into the TZA group and the PVT group, 39 in each group. Changes of carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMT) and brachial arterial endothelium dependent diastolic function (FMD) before and after treatment were observed by non-invasive ultrasound test technique, and levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) were determined as well. Results After TAZ treatment, IMT decreased from 1.21±0.17 mm to 0.91±0.13 mm,FMD increased from 5.02±0.58% to 8.97±0.39% ,ET-1 lowered from 95.93±19.41 ng/L to 49.35±53.27 ng/L,and NO enhanced from 42.56±14.12 μmol/L to 69.84±21.96 μmol/L; after PVT treatment, the corresponding changes were 1.25±0.21 mm to 0.88±0.32 mm,4.90±0.37% to 8.12±0.25% ,89.35±10.02ng/L to 47.96±11.05 ng/L and 51.71±9.39 μmol/L to 72 .93±16.51 μmol/L, all the changes were statistically significant. Conclusion TZA can obviously improve the vascular endothelial function in old patients with CHD, which has the anti-atherosclerosis effect similar to that of PVT.
