目的比较葛根素与粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G CSF)对急性心肌梗死面积及细胞因子的影响。方法 79例急性前壁心肌梗死患者随机分为 3组 ,分别予常规西药 (对照组 )、常规西药加用葛根素 (葛根素组 )和常规西药加G-CSF(G-CSF组 )治疗 ,并进行治疗前后心肌梗死面积、血浆G-CSF、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血清白细胞介素- 6-(IL-6 )及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)测定。结果治疗前患者的心肌梗死面积与G CSF、MMP 9、IL 6、TNF α呈正相关 (r =0 .4 5、0 .4 2、0 .4 4、0 .4 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗 2 8天时 ,葛根素组、G CSF组患者的心肌梗死面积明显减小 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗 7天时 ,葛根素组G-CSF、MMP-9、IL-6、TNF-α均降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,G-CSF组则升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后无明显变化。结论葛根素及G-CSF均可减少患者的心肌梗死面积 ,但对细胞因子的影响完全不同 |

compare the effects of puerarin and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in treating acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and on the size of infarcted area and cytokines. MethodsSeventy-nine patients with anterior AMI were randomly divided into three groups, they were treated with conventional Western medical treatment, but to the puerarin group (PG) and the G-CSF group (GCG) puerarin and G-CSF was given additionally, respectively. The infarcted size, plasma G-CSF, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected before and after treatment. ResultsThe infarcted size was positively correlated to the levels of G-CSF, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α before treatment (r=0.45, 0.42, 0.44 and 0.42,P<0.01). The infarcted size in the PG and the GCG decreased on the 28th day (P<0.01), the level of G-CSF, MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF-α in the PG on the 7th day all decreased (P<0.05), but these indexes in the GCG increased (P<0.05), while those in the control group were unchanged (P>0.05). ConclusionPuerarin and G-CSF are effective in decreasing infarcted size, but their effects on cytokines are different entirely. |
