| 临床医学领域中非随机研究逐渐引起人们的关注。本文从科学研究过程的连贯性、随机对照试验的局限性、中医药临床实践的自身特点、临床复杂干预的实际需求等方面强调了非随机研究的重要性;提出非随机研究实施和评价的不同之处主要有两个方面,一方面是专业特征的全面设计,尤其是研究对象、施加因素、效应指标等方面特殊性的详细描述;另一方面是偏倚控制措施、效果评估及其对结论推导等的影响。同时本文对提高中医和中西医结合非随机研究质量的关键环节也作了初步探讨。 |

| Non-randomized studies (NRS) have gradually attracted people’s attentioninthefield of clinicalmedicine .In this paper ,thei mportance of NRS was emphasized onthe viewpoints of the coherence of scientificresearch,the li mitation of randomizedcontrol trials (RCTs) ,thei mmanent characteristics of TCMclinical prac-tice and the actual requirement of complex intervention in clinical practice . And two main points in evaluationandi mplementation of NRS differed to those in RCTs were put forward,i .e .the first ,the full-scale design ofthe study with the professional characteristics should be described very explicitly,especially the speciality of theobjects ,intervention elements andindexes for effectiveness evaluation,etc .;the second,the control of bias andevaluation of effectiveness ,and their influence on conclusioninduction should be fully takeninto consideration.At the same ti me ,the key stepini mproving the quality of NRS of TCMandintegrative medicine was preli mi-nary discussedin this paper . |
