腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证肠道菌群的变化

目的观察腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者肠道菌群的变化。方法对腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者(简称脾胃湿热证,21例)粪便中7种常见肠道细菌(肠杆菌、肠球菌、酵母菌、双岐杆菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌、消化球菌)的分布变化进行观察,并与腹泻型肠易激综合征脾虚证患者(简称脾虚证,22例)及健康人(25名)作对照。结果与健康人比较,脾胃湿热证患者肠杆菌、肠球菌明显增多(P<0.01),双岐杆菌、乳杆菌、消化球菌明显减少(P<0.01);酵母菌、拟杆菌无明显改变。与脾虚证比较,脾胃湿热证患者肠杆菌、肠球菌、双岐杆菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌、消化球菌明显增多(P<0.05或P<0.01),而酵母菌差异无显著性。结论腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者存在肠道菌群失调。

英文摘要:

ObjectiveTo observe the changes of intestin al flora in di arrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with Pi-wei dampness-heat synd rome (IBS-PDS). MethodsThe seven kinds of common intestinal bacteria i n feces, including enteri baci llus, enterococci, saccharomycete, bifid bacteria, lactobacillus, bacteroides an d p eptococcus were studied in 21 patients suffered from IBS-PDS, and compared with those in 22 patients wit h IBS with deficiency of Pi syndrome (DPS) and 25 healthy subjects as control. ResultsAs compared with the healthy subjects, th e levels of enteri bacillus and enterococci were significantly inc reased (P<0.01), the levels of bifid bacteria, Lactobacillus a nd Peptococ cus were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and saccharomycete and Bacteroides were insignificantly different in patients with PDS. As compared w ith patients with DPS, the levels of enteri bacillus, enterococci, bifid bacteri a, Lactobacillus, Peptococcus and Bacteroidaceae were significantly increased ex cep t the level of saccharomycete. ConclusionThere may be a lteration of intestinal flora in patients with IBS-PDS.
