      目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、血脂水平变化及血脂康的干预作用。方法69例ACS患者分为治疗组(40例,常规加血脂康治疗)和对照组(29例,常规治疗),另选30名健康人为正常组。治疗前后分别测定血清Hs-CRP、MMP-9及血脂水平。结果与正常组比较,ACS患者Hs-CRP、MMP-9水平明显升高(P<0.05),且与心肌损害程度密切相关。治疗组治疗2周后Hs-CRP、MMP-9水平明显下降(P<0.05),两组血脂水平治疗前后比较差异无显著性。结论血清Hs-CRP、MMP-9水平与ACS的发生、程度密切相关,血脂康的抗炎作用在ACS早期治疗中有重要意义。

      ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Xuezhikang (X ZK) on serum levels of high sensitivity-C reactive protein (Hs-CRP), matrix me ta lloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and lipoprotein in patients with acute coronary syndro me (ACS). MethodsSixty-nine ACS patients were divided in to the XZK group ( 40 cases) treated with conventional therapy and XZK and the control group (29 cases) with conventional therapy alone, another 30 healthy pe rsons were assigned as the normal group. Before and after the treatment, the levels of Hs-CRP, MMP-9 and lipids were detected. Results Comp ared with those in the normal subjects, Hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels in the AC S patients increased significantly(P<0.05), parallel with the extent of myocar dial injury. After 2 weeks of XZK treatment, levels of Hs-CRP and MMP-9 of the XZK group decreased significantly(P<0.05), while lipi ds levels had no r emarkable changes. ConclusionHs-CRP and MMP-9 levels were closely correlated to the genesis and severity of ACS. Anti-inflammatory action of XZK plays an important role in early stage treatment of A CS patients.
