梁氏抗风湿类风湿冲剂治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的临床观察

目的评价梁氏抗风湿类风湿冲剂对类风湿性关节炎活动期患者的治疗效果。方法治疗组(50例)服用梁氏抗风湿类风湿冲剂,对照组(30例)服用痹冲剂。服药60天后对比观察两组患者治疗前后症状体征、实验室相关指标的变化。结果治疗组愈显率和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在改善症状体征(关节疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍指数和晨僵、15m步行时间)的积分、血沉、类风湿因子、C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白等实验室指标以及血液流变学各项指标,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论梁氏抗风湿类风湿冲剂治疗类风湿关节炎活动期患者疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Liang’s anti-rheumatism and rheumatoid granule (LARG) in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis (R A) at the active stage. MethodsFifty patients were admi nistered orally w ith LARG in the treated group, 30 patients were treated with Wangbi granule in t he control group. Symptoms, physical signs and relevant laboratory indexes in the 2 groups were observed and compared before treatment and after being tr eated for 2 months. ResultsThe total effective rate and curative-markedl y effective rate in the treated groups were superior to those in the control gro up (P<0.01). The improvement in aspects of integral scoring of symptom and physi cal signs, including arthragia, tumefaction, dysfunction indexes, morning stiffn ess and 15m walking time, and laboratory indexes, including blood sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor, C creative protein, immunoglobin, as well as hemorheolo gy relevant indexes in the treated group after treatment were significantly diff erent to those before treatment and those in the control group (P <0.05 or P<0.01 ). Conclusion LARG has obvious therapeutic effect on RA at the active stage.
