| 目的探讨针麻仪辅助定位行臂丛神经阻滞的效果。方法120例上肢手术的患者随机分为两组,每组60例,两组均用0.375%布比卡因25ml行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞。A组用针麻仪辅助定位,B组用异感方法定位。结果A组神经阻滞完全56例(93.3%),阻滞不全4例;B组神经阻滞完全46例(76.6%),阻滞不全9例,无效5例,神经阻滞成功率A组明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论针麻仪辅助定位行臂丛神经阻滞比异感方法定位准确,阻滞成功率较高。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of electro-acup uncture-anesthesia device (EAAD) as an auxiliary localizing method for brachiplex nerve blocking. Methods One hundred and twenty patients scheduled for operation in upper limbs were rand omly divided into group A and group B, 60 in each group. Bupivacaine 25 ml (0.3 75% in concentration) was used to block intermuscular plexus brachialis in the operation for anesthesia and EAAD was used for adjunctive lo calizing in group A, while in group B paresthesia elicitation was used. Results In group A, the blocking was complete in 56 cases and incomplete in 4, the anesthesia effect was superior to that in group B, complete in 46, incomplete in 9, and of inefficient in 5 (P<0.01). ConclusionEAAD provides a localizing method for plexus brachialis blocking more precise than paresthesia elicitation. |
