| 目的探讨葛根素对高血压患者围手术期心肌损伤的保护作用。方法34例原发性高血压全麻患者,随机均分为葛根素组和对照组,分别于诱导前1h静脉输注中药葛根素注射液500mg和生理盐水。于麻醉诱导前和手术后2h采血检测血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)浓度。结果诱导前两组cTnI和CK-MB差异无显著性;术后2h两组cTnI和CK-MB均有不同程度的增加(P<0.01),但葛根素组cTnI和CK-MB含量增加幅度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论手术和麻醉应激能够导致高血压患者心肌损伤,在围手术期应用葛根素对高血压患者心肌损伤有保护作用。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the protective eff ec ts of puerarin against myocardial injury in patients with hypertension during pe rioperational period. MethodsThirty-four patients with hypertension underwent general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the puerarin group, 500mg puerarin was given to the puerarin group 1h r before anesthesia induction by venoclysis and to the control group, normal sal ine was given instead. The concentration of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and isoenzyme of creatine kinase containing M and B subunits (CK-MB) were measured b efore anesthesia induction and 2 hrs after operation respectively. Resu lts The serum concentration of cTnI and CK-MB were insignifican tl y different in the two groups before induction, the two indexes increased in dif ferent degrees (P<0.01) 2 hrs after operation in both group s , but the increments in the puerarin group were significantly lower than those i n the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Stress of operation a nd anesthesia could induce myocardial injury in patients with hypertension, whic h can be prevented by puerarin medicated during perioperational period. |
