调神通淋汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎综合征的临床观察

目的观察调神通淋汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎综合征(CPPS)的临床疗效及其对尿流率、前列腺液中尿酸(UA)、pH值的影响。方法108例CPPS患者随机分为两组,分别采用调神通淋汤(治疗组56例)、盐酸特拉唑嗪片(对照组52例)治疗60天,观察两组患者治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CP- SI)、尿流率,前列腺液中UA、pH值的变化。结果临床治愈率、总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P＜0．05); NIH-CPSI、前列腺液中UA、pH值治疗组治疗后均显著下降(P＜0．01),且优于对照组(P＜0．05),对照组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分下降(P＜0．01);最大尿流率和平均尿流率两组患者治疗后均有显著改善(P＜0．05)。结论调神通淋汤可降低前列腺液中UA含量及pH值,改善尿流率,是治疗CPPS的有效组方。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Tonglin Decoction (TTD) on chronic pro- statitis syndrome (CPS) and its effects on urinary flow rate (UFR),uric acid (UA) content and pH value in ex- pressed prostate secretions (EPS).Methods One hundred and eight patients with CPS were randomly assigned to two groups,the treatment group (56 cases) treated with TTD and the control group (52 cases) with tera- zosin tablet,both for 60 days.The changes of chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSL),established by the National Institutes of Health,USA,UA and pH in EPS,as well as UFR were observed before and after treatment.Results The cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group respectively (P＜0.05);after treatment,the UA level,pH value in EPS and NIH-CPSI de- creased significantly in the treatment group (P＜0.01),lower than those in the control group,which had sig- nificant change (P＜0.05);the maximum UFR and average UFR of both groups were improved markedly after treatment (P＜0.05) with insignificant difference between the groups.Conclusion TTD can improve the UFR,decrease the NIH-CPSI score,pH value and UA level in the EPS,is an effective recipe for treatment of CPS.
