中医药治疗对进展期胃癌患者生活质量和生存期的影响

目的探讨中医药治疗能否延长进展期胃癌患者生存期和提高患者生活质量,阐明中医药治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法中医药组34例,采用中医药治疗,静脉注射(华蟾素、榄香烯乳等)或口服,21天为1个周期;中医药加化疗组36例,采用化疗FOLFOX方案配合中医药治疗,21天为1个周期;两组均治疗两个周期。结果中医药加化疗组中位生存期31个月,中医药组中位生存期30个月;中医药加化疗组1、2、3年生存率分别为88.89%、84.38%、59.26%,中医药组1、2、3年生存率分别为82.35%、71.43%、65.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.298,P>0.05);生活质量方面中医药组明显优于中医药加化疗组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率中医药组明显低于中医药加化疗组。结论中医药治疗能提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期,不良反应小。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on quality of life(QOF)and survival period in patients with progressive gastric cancer,and thus exploring its clinical efficacy.Methods TCM therapy applied in the 34 patients assigned in the TCM group(Group Ⅰ)included intravenous injection of Cinobufotalin,β-elemene,or orally taking of anti-cancer Chinese herbs.The same TCM was also applied in the 36 of the combined treatment group(Group Ⅱ),but in combined use of FOLFOX chemotherapeutic protocol.Twenty-one days was taken as one cycle and all the patients received 2 cycles of treatment.Results The median survival period in group Ⅱ was 31 months,while it was 30 months in group Ⅰ;the 1-,2-,3-year survival rates in group Ⅱ were 88.89%,84.38% and 59.26%,and those in the group Ⅰ were 82.35%,71.43% and 65.00%,respectively with insignificant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 0.298,P>0.05);QOF in group Ⅰwas significantly superior to that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction occurrence was significantly less in Group Ⅰ than that in group Ⅱ.Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment can improve the QOF and prolong the survival period of patients with progressive gastric cancer with few side effects.
