青芪饮配合冰硼散治疗复发性口腔溃疡158例

目的观察具有滋阴清热作用的青芪饮内服与冰硼散外用治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法采用青芪饮配合冰硼散治疗复发性口腔溃疡158例,并与西药治疗的120例进行对照观察。结果近期疗效:治疗6天时中药组渍疡面积、充血面积缩小及疼痛缓解程度明显优于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。远期疗效:中药组158例,痊愈18例(11.4%),显效84例(53.2%),有效51例(32.2%),总有效率96.8%;西药组120例,无痊愈病例,显效40例(33.3%),有效48例(40.0%),总有效率73.3%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(X~2=35.09,P<0.01)。结论青芪饮内服与冰硼散外用具有减轻溃疡周围口腔黏膜充血、止痛较快、加速溃疡面愈合的疗效,并能显著延长溃疡复发间歇期。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral taking of Qingqi Decoction(QQD),a Chinese recipe for nourishing yin to remove pathogenic fire,combined with external applying of Bingpeng Powder(BPP)on recurrent stomatocace(RS).Methods A total of 158 patients with RS in the treated group were treated with the combined therapy,and 120 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results Short-term effect:the reduction of ulcerated and congestive area as well as the degree of pain alleviation in the treated group on the 6th day after treatment were more significant than those in the control group respectively.Long-term effect:after treatment,the cure rate was 11.4%(18/158),the markedly effective rate 53.2%(84/158),the effective rate 32.2%(51/158),and the total effective rate 96.8% in the treated group,while the corresponding rates in the control group were 0,33.3%(40/120),40.0%(48/ 120)and 73.3%,respectively,showing significant difference between the two groups(X2=35.09,P<0.01). Conclusion Oral taking QQY combined with external use of BPP can lessen the congestion of mucous membrane around the ulcerated lesion,quickly alleviate the pain and promote the ulcer healing in patients with RS,and it al- so can significantly prolong the interval of RS recurrence.
