目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)与强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)发病的关系及补肾通督方对AS患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1的影响。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)对治疗Ⅰ组(30例,采用柳氮磺吡啶治疗)和治疗Ⅱ组(35例,采用补肾通督方治疗)患者治疗前及治疗24周后的TNF-α、TGF-β1水平进行测定,并设立30名健康体检人员作为正常组。同时测定两组AS患者治疗前后的血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果治疗前两组患者血清TNF-α水平增高,血清TGF-β1水平降低,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清TNF-α水平与ESR、CRP呈正相关(r=0.296,r=0.249;P<0.05)。血清TGF-β1水平与ESR、CRP无统计学意义相关性(r=-0.222,r=-0.203;P>0.05)。Ⅱ组治疗后,AS患者血清TNF-α水平明显降低,血清TGF-β1水平提高,且ESR、CRP显著降低(P<0.01)。结论补肾通督方可调整AS患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平,从而抑制免疫炎症反应,达到治疗AS的作用。 |

Objective To investigate the relationship of tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α) and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1) with the occurrence of ankylosing spondylitis (AS),and the effects of Bushen Tongdu Decoction (BTD) on serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 levels in patients.Methods Seventy five AS patients were as- signed to two groups,30 in the group I treated with Azulfidine and 35 in the groupⅡtreated with BTD.ELISA was adopted to detect the levels of TNF-αand TGF-β1 in patients before and after 24-week treatment.Meantime, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured as well.Besides,the levels of TNF-αand TGF-β1 in 30 healthy persons were also detected for normal control. Results Before treatment,as compared with normal control,the TNF-αincreased and TGF-β1 decreased (P<0.01) in the two treatment groups;the serum level of TNF-αwas positively correlated with ESR and CRP (r=0.296,r=0.249;P<0.05) , but the serum level of TGF-β1 showed no correlation with them (r=-0.222,r=-0.203;P>0.05).After treatment,TGF-β1 increased,while TNF-ct,CRP and ESR decreased in groupⅡ(P<0.01).Conclusion BTD can regulate TNF-αand TGF-β1 levels to suppress the immune inflammatory reaction so as to treat AS. |
