提出继承传统中医学、发展现代中医学的关键是要创新与完善现代中医辨证论治体系。现代中医学辨证论治体系除了必须发展微观辨证,实行整体辨证、局部辨证和微观辨证相结合以外,还必须发展辨病论治,实行辨病论治与辨证论治相结合。辨病论治有利于对疾病的性质与预后有更加清晰的认识,同时辨病论治应根据病情实行阶段论治,注意与辨证论治相结合。无论是辨病论治,还是辨证论治,都必须整体辨证、局部辨证和微观辨证相结合,都必须坚持整体观念、系统思维、辨证分析。

英文摘要:

The author offered that to innovate and consummate the syndrome-differentiation (SD) dependent therapeutic system is the key point for inheriting Chinese medicine and developing modern Chinese medicine. For the development of modern Chinese medicinal SD dependent therapeutic system,not only the SD of microcosmic,local,integral and the combination of them all should be strengthened,but the disease-differentiation (DD) dependent treatment should also be emphasized to realize the conjugated SD-DD dependent therapeutic system. DD dependent treatment is helpful for knowing the properties and prognosis of disease more clearly. It should be carried out in stages according to the condition of disease,paid attention to combine with SD,and insisted on the wholism,systematic thinking and syndrome analysis.
