| 目的观察地奥心血康软胶囊对冠心病患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素(ET)、NO水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法经冠脉造影诊断为冠心病患者100例,随机分为2组:对照组(60例)及治疗组(40例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用地奥心血康软胶囊,疗程3个月。用药前、用药后4、8、12周测定SOD、MDA、ET、NO水平。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后各时间点血清SOD和NO水平升高,MDA和ET水平下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地奥心血康软胶囊对冠心病患者可能有抑制脂质过氧化和改善内皮细胞功能障碍的作用。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of Di’ ao Xinxuekang Soft Capsule(DK) on the plasma levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),and endothelin(ET) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to study its underlying mechanisms.Methods Totally 100 patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography were randomly assigned to two groups,the control group(60 cases) and the DK treatment group(40 cases).Patients in the control group received conventional therapy,while those in the DK treatment group received DK additionally.The therapeutic course for all was 3 months.The plasma levels of SOD,MDA,ET,and NO were determined pre-treatment,4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of SOD and NO increased and the levels of MDA and ET decreased at each time point.Besides,better effects were obtained in the DK treatment group(P<0.05).ConclusionDK possibly played a role in inhibiting lipid peroxidation and improving the endothelial dysfunction. |
