应对病毒类呼吸系统传染病防控重大社会需求，基于中医学“治未病”思想和历代防疫辟秽经验，笔者提出“外防内调”综合防控策略，通过“外防”—消杀、防护切断疫毒传播途径、“内调”—清肺、养正提高机体御邪能力，构建“外防内调”综合防控理论体系，指导研发连花“消杀、防护、清肺、养正”系列产品，不仅为防控呼吸系统公共卫生事件提供了重要的产品支撑，也佐证了该理论的临床应用价值。

英文摘要:

In response to the major social needs of the prevention of viral respiratory diseases，based on the idea of "preventive treatment of disease" of traditional Chinese medicine and the experience of epidemic prevention and get rid of filth in the past dynasties，the comprehensive prevention and control strategy of "external prevention and internal regulation" is proposed. Through "external prevention"- elimination，prevention and cutting off the transmission path of epidemic virus，"internal regulation"-clearing the lung and nourishing the body to improve the body's ability to resist evil，the comprehensive prevention and control theoretical system of "external prevention and internal regulation" is constructed. It directed the research and development of Lianhua series products of "sanitizing，protecting，clearing lung and nourishing health"，which not only provided important product support for the prevention and control of respiratory public health events，but also proved the clinical application value of this theory.
