多源证据体在中医药循证临床实践指南中的整合运用

临床实践指南在指南整体、临床问题、推荐意见影响因素及干预方案操作细节不同层面有不同的证据体概况。针对目前证据不足的困境，本文提出中医药临床实践指南多源证据体的构建。多源证据包括研究证据、古籍证据、专家经验性证据、专家意见和研究建议。多源证据体在应用时需要充分考虑证据来源多样性、推荐意见影响因素及干预方案操作细节多维性、证据组合辩证性及证据运用多阶段性。多源证据体的理念和方法可以在指南制订主要阶段如临床问题构建、推荐意见形成等进行整合运用。

英文摘要:

Clinical practice guidelines have different evidence profiles for overall guidelines，clinical questions，influencing factors of recommendations and operational details of interventions.To address the challenge of insufficient evidence when developing the Chinese medicine clinical practice guidelines，this paper proposes the construction of multi-source evidence body（MSED），which contains research evidence，ancient literature evidence，expert experience evidence，expert opinions and research suggestions.To construct and apply MSED，four major aspects need to be considered：diversity source of evidence，multiple influencing factors of recommendations and detailed implementation requirements of interventions，dialectical structure of multi-dimensional evidence combination and multi-phased application of evidence. MSED could be used in formulation of clinical questions and recommendations.
