芳香类中药治疗心血管疾病刍议

心血管疾病是造成我国居民死亡和疾病负担的首要因素，中医学对芳香类中药的认识和实践历史悠久。笔者通过梳理芳香类中药在心血管疾病上的应用，探讨其特性及使用的合理性，具体阐述了包括芳香温通—散寒宣痹止痛、芳香化湿—化浊降脂、芳香理气—行气解郁、芳香活血—活血化瘀、芳香开窍—醒神益智在内的不同的分类、治法及作用。深入理解芳香类中药，并从芳香类中药角度出发，拓展思路，能够为中医药治疗心血管疾病提供一定的借鉴与指导。

英文摘要:

Cardiovascular disease is the primary cause of death and disease burden of residents in China. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding and practice of aromatic drugs. By combing the application of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine in cardiovascular diseases，this paper discusses its characteristics and the rationality of its use. The study specifically expounds the different classification，treatment methods and effect，such as aroma warming—relieving cold and relieving pain，aroma dampness—removing turbidity and lowering lipid，aroma regulating qi—relieving qi and relieving depression，aroma activating blood circulation—activating blood and removing stasis，aroma opening—awakening mind and wisdom. In-depth understanding of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine，and from the perspective of fragrant medicine，expand ideas，in order to provide some reference and guidance for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
