浅析心力衰竭的中医学康复运动疗法优势特色与潜在机制

我国心力衰竭（简称心衰）人数增长迅速，给社会、家庭及患者带来了沉重负担。最新指南建议除慢性心衰稳定期的患者应该保证一定强度的运动量外，对于心衰急性发作的患者，也应在生命体征稳定后立即开始适量活动。中医康复运动包括太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏及六字诀等，多项研究表明其对心衰患者具有改善远期预后、缓解焦虑抑郁情绪、提高生活质量、降低再入院率及病死率等疗效。本文浅析以上4种代表性的中医康复运动方法，结合现代医学研究结果，试图为心衰患者选择中医学康复运动方案提供参考依据。

英文摘要:

The number of heart failure patients increasing rapidly in China，bringing a heavy burden to society，families and patients. The latest guidelines recommend that in addition to patients in the stable phase of chronic heart failure who should ensure a certain intensity of exercise，patients with an acute attack of heart failure should also begin moderate activity as soon as their vital signs are stable. The rehabilitation exercise therapies in Chinese medicine include Tai Chi，Baduanjin，Wuqinxi and Liuzijue，which have been shown in several studies to improve long-term prognosis，relieve anxiety and depression， improve quality of life，and reduce readmission and mortality rates in heart failure patients. In this paper，the 4 representative Chinese medicine rehabilitation exercises were analyzed ，and combine them with modern medical research results to provide suitable Chinese medicine rehabilitation exercise programs for patients with heart failure.
