中医与西医互补融合，既是古代优秀文化遗产与当代科技文化思潮的汇通，又是人文与科技的融合。其临床实践优势互补，可显著提高临床诊疗水平。本文从临床实践角度切入，首先阐释中西医思维逻辑差异，并追踪溯源；继而系统分析中西医单用与联用的作用环节及优势特色，指出当今中西医临床实践互补融合的问题及挑战；最后提出加强中西医互补优势点的发掘，加强中西药联用的疗效及安全性评价，加强中医原创理论与现代研究相融合等建议。

英文摘要:

The complementary fusion of two medical systems，Chinese medicine（CM）and Western medicine，is not only the intersection of ancient outstanding cultural heritage and contemporary scientific and technological cultural thoughts，methods and means，but also the convergence of humanities and science and technology. The complementary advantages of their clinical practices can greatly improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level. In this paper，from the perspective of clinical practice，the authors first explain the thinking and logical differences between CM and Western medicine，and trace their origins. And then the functions and advantages of the single and combined use of CM and Western medicine were systematically analyzed，the problems and challenges of complementary integration of CM and Western medicine in clinical practice today were pointed out. Finally，the authors propose to strengthen the exploration of the complementary advantages of CM and Western medicine，strengthen the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of combination of CM and Western medicine，and strengthen the integration of original theory of CM with modern research.
