无论是从事那一种科研都要有科研设计。如果事前没有严谨的设计,或观察、处理的方法不合理,所得的结果就起不到参考、指导作用。如果设计的周密和完善,可以用较少的人力、物力和时间,获得较丰富可靠的资料,使误差减少到最低限度。所以实验设计是实验过程的依据,是实验数据处理的前提,也是提高科研成果质量的一个重要保证。尤其搞中西医结合加强科研设计已是势在必行,为此对临床科研设计中的几个主要同题作如下讨论:
