| 抗心梗合剂已经临床应用表明对减少急性心肌梗塞并发症及降低病死率有一定效果。为了解本制剂的可能作用机理,1981～1982年,选择无严重并发症急性心肌梗塞46例(其中半数对照)进行了抗心梗合剂的治疗对照观察,主要观察本剂对血清酶,血小板聚集活性,血牯度及红细胞电泳等项目的影响,初步小结于下。 |

| This paper reports 23 cases of non complicated acute myocardial infarction admitted to Beijing Friendship Hospital in 1981.During the first 24 hours sfter admission were administrated traditional Chinese medicines(Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus mernbranaceus,Polygonatum sibiricum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Paeonia lactiflora,Curcuma aromatica)by intravenous injection once a day for 15 days.There were 23 cases for control with the same diagnosis and clinical features.The result showed that the serum CPK level of the study group was reduced in 2 days after the administration of the Chinese medicine mixture(mean 286.2 mU/ml),whereas the level of the control group showed mean 546.2 mU/ml(P<0.05). The platelet aggregation activity of the study group was reduced in 5 days after the administration of the Chinese-medicine mixture(mean43.5%),whereas the control group was 50.4%(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the red cell electrophoresis and plasma viscosity between the two groups.The survey suggests that the traditional Chinese medicines may prevent the extension of infarcted size by inhibiting platelet aggregation activity. |
