| 海风藤为胡椒料植物瓦氏胡椒[Piper Wallichii(Miq)]的藤茎,药用其地上部份。虽然从1964年起就有人进行了含黄酮植物药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察。但是,乞今未见海风藤总黄酮的有关报道。我校药理教研室的动物试验结果为该药临床应用提供了一定的理论依据。近两年来,我科以海风藤总黄酮治疗心绞痛56例,现将其疗效报道如下,并探讨药物可能的作用机理。 |

| 56 cases with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were treated with total flavone of Caulis Piperis Futokadsurae(CPF)through intravenous infusion.The drug can relieve angina pectoris and make the monitoring ECG turn for the better.96.4% of the cases had their angina pectoris alleviated with 73.2% showing marked alleviation.77.1% of the cases had their ECG improved with 22.9% showing marked improvement. Another group of similar patients were treated with a Salvia miltiorrhiza(SM)preparation at the same time.The results of the two groups were compared.It was found that both CPF and SM could relieve angina pectoris with similar effectiveness but CPF was more effective in producing an ECG change (P<0.01). In addition,total flavone of CPF can shorten the electrophoretic time of abnormal red cells,lower the platelet aggregation rate and the relative plasma viscosity,increase the relaxing and contracting spoed of the interventricular septum and the relaxing speed of the posterior wall of the left ventricle. The therapeutic mechanism of the total flavone of CPF is not clear yet.It is suggested that the rheological effect of the drug on the blood stream is probably one of the factors causing the therapeutic effect. |
