根据观察乙型慢性活动性肝炎(简称慢活肝)病患者多有瘀血现象,自1978年至1981年我们采用《金匮要略》原方大黄虫丸和五味子提取物五仁醇联合治疗乙型慢活肝30例,并经长期随访与对照组20例比较,有较好的治疗效果。治疗对象和方法一、病例选择:治疗组和对照组患者均具

30 patients of chronic active hepatitis B were treated with a combination of Dahuang Zhechong Wan (大黄(?)虫丸)and Wuren Chun(五仁醇).They showed a marked effect on improving liver function and were significantly better than the control(P<0.01).Clinical follow-ups with laboratory tests have been performed once a month since the beginning of therapy.Out of the 30 cases,serum transaminase and γ globulin levels are normal in 14 cases in three months,in 23 cases in six months and in 25 cases in nine months,but only 5 of 20 cases are normal in nine months in the control group.However,HBsAg did not disappear in either group.Complications of treatment are rare in the patients treated for more than 1 year.
