阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿(以下简称 PNH)为造血系统疾病,是一种慢性持续性血管内溶血,治疗比较困难。我室自1965～1982年陆续收治24例,采用中西医结合治疗,取得一定疗效,报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况:24例中男20例、女4例。

Confirmed by clinical manifestations and laboratory data,the principle of differentiation of symptom complexes with regard to the 24 cases was generalized as Shire-Neiyun(湿热内蕴 Gathering and brewing of dampness and heat in the body),Pishen Yang Xu(脾肾阳虚 Insufficiency of vital function of the Spleen and Kidney),Ganshen Yin Xu(肝肾阴虚 Deficiency of vital essence of the Liver and Kidney)and Qizhi Xue Yu(气滞血瘀 Stagnation of vital energy and stasis of blood),and prescriptions were given correspondingly.Prednisone and androngens,etc.,were also used on the part of WM.A 75% effective rate was obtained among the patients.Clinical remission was found in 9 cases with hemolysis markedly alleviated and hemoglobin rising to 10gm%.A brief discussion on the principle of treatment with TCM as well as problems relating to diagnosis and relapse was made.
