| 丹参酮是中药丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)根的乙醚提取物,其中含有10种成分亦称总丹参酮。动物实验应用其酒浸膏。在体外抑制金黄色葡萄球菌及某些真菌,对大白鼠感染性关节肿有治疗作用,局部涂抹对巴豆油致炎的小白鼠耳朵有抗炎作用,对伤寒——剧伤寒甲、乙菌苗致热家兔有解热作用,在临床上治疗多种感染性疾病疗效显著。为探讨其抗感染作用原理,我们继续研究了它的抗炎作用,报告如下。 |

| We have reported previously the antimicrobial actions and sex hormone-like activity of tanshinone (the ether extract of the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge).The present paper deals with the anti- inflammatory actions of tanshinone when given orally.Tanshinone was shown to have strong inhibitory actions against histamine-induced vascular permeability and hind paw edema induced by egg albumin, carrageenin and dextran in rats.Tanshinone exhibited significant inhibitory activity against PMN migration in peritoneal cavity on gelatin-induced inflammation in mice.Tanshinone also showed anti- inflammatory effect on exudative peritonitis and subacute arthritis induced by formalin in rats.It did not show any inhibition on cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation in rats. Tanshinone given orally exhibited an immunity suppressive effect,for it.lowered the function of the reticuloendothelial system and decreased the weight of the thymus.The PGE and PGF 2α levels in blood were lowered by giving tanshinone orally,but the anti-inflammatory mechanism remains to be studied. |
