:
本文通过动物实验比较研究了附子的乙醇浸膏(Ⅰ)、水溶部分(Ⅱ)和除钙水溶部分(Ⅲ)的强心作用和毒性,结果表明,其强心成分为水溶性的,钙离子在炮制附子的强心作用中起了一定作用。附子虽经炮制,仍存在有毒成分——乌头碱类生物碱,(Ⅰ)的毒性明显大于(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ)。
