| 本文24例甲亢突眼患者,5例单用中医辨证中药治疗,19例用中药加小剂量他巴唑和甲状脓片。治疗3～6月后11例轻度突眼病例有效率90.9%,13例中、重度突眼病例有效率75%。突眼度平均缩小2.3mm（P<0.01）。血清T3、T4浓度由治疗前3.7±1.3ng/ml 和16.6±6.0μg/dl 分别降到1.5±0.5ng/ml（P<0.001）和10.2±4.0μg/dl（P<0.01）。中药的治疗作用可能与调整免疫功能和植物神经功能有关。 |

| 24 cases of exophthalmos due to hyperthyroidism were studied.According to Chinese traditional differentiation of symptom-complexes,19 cases were deficiency of both Qi and Yin,4 cases were deficiency of Yin,1 case was stagnation of vital energy and stasis of blood and deficiency in both the spleen and kidney.5 cases were treated with Chinese drugs only;the principles of treatment were to clear up heat,reinforce the vital energy,quench"fire"（hyperactivity of the vital function）in the liver,restore eyesight and nourish the Yin.19 cases were treated with Chinese drugs combined with tapazol（5—15mg/day）and desiccated thyroid （30—60mg/day）.After 3—6 months 90.9% of mild exophthalmos（11 cases）and 75% of moderate and severe ones（13 cases）were improved.Signs and symptoms were relieved obviously;the average decrease of proptosis degree was 2.3mm（P<0.01）,among which 7 severe cases averaged 3.3mm（P<0.01）.In 16 cases of uncontrolled hyperthyroidism,all but one were improved or controlled with BMR returning to normal.In 7 of 9 cases,the ECG abnormalities returned to normal after treatment.The serum T3, T4 levels decreased from 3.7±1.3ng/ml and 16.6+6.0μg/dl to 1.5±0.5ng/ml（P<0.001）and 10.2+4.0μg/dl（P<0.01）respectively. The effect of Chinese drugs may be due to the regulation of immunological and autonomic nervous system. |
