本文总结了71例散发性脑炎的临床资料,其中25例用中西医结合方法治疗,46例用西医方法治疗。中西医结合治疗组死亡2例(8%),西医治疗组死亡9例(19.6%)(P<0.05),尤其是高烧昏迷型,中西医结合治疗组疗效明显优于西医治疗组。结合中医分型介绍了有效的中医理、法、方、药。

英文摘要:

This article summarizes 71 cases of disseminated encephalitis in which 25 cases were treated with TCM- WM.The mortality of this group was markedly lower than WM group;in particular,the results of coma- type with ardent fever were much better than those of WM group.The application of effective theories rules. prescriptions and pharmacons of TCM is introduced.
