| 足三里穴是治疗胃肠道疾病常用穴位之一,但缺乏衡量针刺对胃机能活动影响的客观指标。本实验观察了52例人体空腹胃电图与进餐对胃电图影响的比较,并对其中14例胃十二指肠疾病患者的足三里穴进行了针刺前后胃电图的比较,实验结果,针刺使胃电图的波幅幅值呈升高和降低的双相反应,二者均有显著的统计学意义。 |

| Gastroelectrical activity has been recorded with a pair of Ag-AgCl electrodes.The recording electrodes were placed on the abdominal surface of human relative to corpus ventriculi and pylorus.The reference electrode was placed on the medial crus.The potentials led from the two recording electrodes were amplified and recorded by a model SH-4 recorder,in parallel with 20μf capacitor at the input end. Electrogastrogram(EGG)of 52 adults(21 healthy subjects and 31 patients with gastro-duodenal ulcer) were recorded with binomial cutaneous surface electrodes.Gastric basic electrical rhythm(BER)or spontaneous electric activity was observed.The main electric activity was regular at about 3 cycles/minute, and amplitude ranged from approximately 60-100μv(healthy subjects)to 39.4-76.6μv(gastro-duodenal ulcer patients). In 14 patients with gastro-duodenal disease treated by electro-needling at Zusanli acupoint,the manifestation of BER was either excitatory(the mean amplitude of BER increased from 102±19.11μv to 149.33±19.79μv,P<0.01 in 5 cases)or inhibitory(the mean amplitude of BER decreased from 192.5±22.06μv to 115.40±15.92μv,P<0.01,in 9 cases)but the frequencies of BER were not affected (P>0.05). |
