本文研究当归注射液对麻醉犬冠脉闭塞时心肌梗塞范围和室性心律失常的影响。结果表明,静点当归2g/kg 能减小心肌梗塞范围和降低室性心动过速的发生率。

英文摘要:

Experimental myocardial infarction was induced by high ligation of anterior descending branch of left coronary artery in anesthetic dogs.The infarct size was evaluated by epicardial mapping of ST-segment and in combination with macroscopic identification by means of N-BT staining of myocardium.The group Which had been administered Agelica sinensis 2g/kg intravenously showed that the NST and ∑ST decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the mass of myocardial infarction was reduced markedly(P<0.001)than the control group.In the Agelica sinensis group the incidence of ventricular tachycardia Was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.02).Therefore,it is concluded that Agelica sinensis may reduce infarct size and incidence of ventricular tachycardia in the early phase of occlusion of coronary artery.
