本文通过动物实验证明,四君子汤中党参、白术、茯苓二药配伍(除配炙甘草者外)或三药配伍都能提高小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,其配伍基本呈相加作用。单味党参作用最显著,炙甘草为一拮抗剂,其桔抗作用与炙甘草在配伍中的量有关。

英文摘要:

It was demonstrated by animal experiments that the Si Jun Zi Tang(SJZT,四君子汤),or the combination of any three drugs in SJZT,or the combination of any two of the three drugs-(namely, Dangshen——Codonopsis pilosula,Baizhu——Atractylodes macroephala,and Fuling——Poria cocos),or any one of the three drugs,could enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages in the peritoneal cavity of mice. There was cumulative effect in the combination of any two of the three drugs.It was found by the experiments that the action of Dangshen is remarkable and it is the principal drug in the SJZT.Roasted Gancao——Glvcvrrhiza uralensis is an inhibitor:its action is evident when combined with stimulants.Its inhibitory action depends upon the proportion of roasted Gancao in combination.
