| 本文报道了用限制食量导致营养不足的方法造成幼鼠胸腺萎缩、功能减退,主要表现为:胸腺重量减轻,组织内核酸含量和外周血中 T 淋巴细胞百分比均下降。认为此种表现应属中医"虚证"范畴。补气方剂四君子汤对萎缩胸腺的结构和功能的恢复有一定的促进作用。这一结果为"正气与免疫功能有密切关系"提供了佐证。 |

| The paper reports the action of"Si Jun Zi Tang",a classical tonic Qi prescription,on the thymus.By limiting the diet of young mice to induce malnutrition in them,which leads to atrophy of their thymuses,the quantity of nucleic acid in thymus tissues was examined and T lymphocytes in peripheral circulation were counted in addition to the observation of thymus weight and of chief histological change.The results show that alter the mice resumed their normal diet,the test group treated with herbal medicines recovered much better than the control group no matter what index is concerned.This manifests that the synthesis of protein and hyperplastic mitosis of cells ate more active in the thymus glands of the test group and their immunity functions become more powerful than those of the control group.It is held that"Si Jun Zi Tang"possesses the action promoting the synthesis of DNA and RNA and cell mitosis and accelerating the recovery of normal function and structure of the thymus gland.Thus a close relationship between Qi and immunity has been observed. |
